Went during a Friday around noon and the place was poppin (all the retirees know what’s up). Must tries are the pancakes and the cinnamon roll French toast - so good! Pancakes are so fluffy and DEVINE.

This restaurant really reminds me of Mexico. The setting of this restaurant is immaculate everything looked so nice and the food was top tier(in my opinion) it was very good and I would go again.

Worth the time and moderate money!! (similar to most restaurants nowadays.) Pixar decor was modern yet nostalgic. Every staff member in the hotel and restaurant was kind and friendly! Flavorful and delicious food: ribs, salad and salmon. Beignets were like little fried donut cakes of love. Get the 3 hour validation to park free at the hotel then walk over to downtown Disney for a bit. Lucky and grateful we enjoyed fireworks and live music on a Sunday night!

We went to El Torito brunch today for an early Mother’s Day and had a great experience. Service by Rosa was EXCELLENT. She was friendly, sweet, attentive, swift with the refills of mimosas and was quick to get us anything we asked for. The food was amazing as always. The manager was a lady and was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this El Torito and ask for Rosa as your server!
