Twisted Tree Steakhouse offers a rustic, casual dining experience in our restaurant, bar, private dining space and patio areas. Our service techniques are unique, while serving your perfectly timed courses in an old-school casual experience.
Chef Tyler Layton and team serving premium aged steak options, perfectly crafted cocktails and a large variety of seafood, including our signature imported batter dipped lobster tail. If a reservation time that you are searching for is unavailable please call the restaurant directly to see about alternate seating options.
We also have our Lounge area available Tuesday - Saturday beginning at 4pm, seating is open and serving a lighter menu including our famous House Salad.
Twisted Tree Steakhouse is conveniently located in Sunset Hills, near highways 270 and 44. For those traveling we are connected to a recently updated Holiday Inn Sunset Hills Route 66.

Made a lunch reservation to celebrate a co-worker’s retirement. The folks at Capital Grille were nice enough to put some celebratory confetti and a Congratulations card on the table. It was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated!!

This beef tenderloin is marinated in Tony’s secret marinade, rolled in half-cracked black pepper, grilled to perfection, and drizzled with garlic butter. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. We both went with the Strip Steaks, medium. She got the baked potato and salad w/ vinaigrette that came with the meal, and a side of Broccoli. I went with the Garlic smashed potatoes and a salad w/Mayfair. We both loved the red on the medium cook on the steaks and the sides matched. Add a nice cocktail and beer and it couldn’t have been much better. Best part, having a gift card from my daughter for my birthday!!

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Katie, was attentive, helpful with menu choices, nice and professional. It just makes the evening that much nicer with a friendly efficient staff. The girls who welcomed us with a smile also acknowledged us leaving which was again a nice touch. The food was delicious. Next time we look forward to bringing friends to enjoy the Sunday evening 1/2 price bottles of wine. A treat and just a lovely restaurant!
