Chef / Owner Mathis Stitt’s open kitchen allows everyone to see exactly how he turns fresh, locally sourced provisions into enticing and delicious offerings. While these beautiful compositions are clearly the stars, our entire team takes pride in the relationships developed and nurtured around a Veritas table.
For 9 years, Ian Froebe of the Post Dispatch has published a list of the Top 100 Restaurants in St. Louis - Chef Mathis’ Veritas has been on all of them.
