When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. So whether you are looking for a memorable night out or a glass of wine with friends, I am glad that you have chosen Sapore. Have eaten at Sapore since it was located in Manchester. Tonight’s meal was delicious. Two had halibut and two had lemon chicken. Very enjoyable, excellent taste. Wine choices were good as were the salads and bread. They seated us in a corner away from the main seating area, very quiet to talk!

Spiro's Chesterfield has been a favorite of mine for special occasion dining experience over a span of more than 30 years. From dining for two, to alone, to a party of "more" their staff is aways attentive and cordial while providing professional service. Their menu selections are pleasing to the pallet with the Mediterranean "touch" ever present. A very comfortable environment for a dining experience worth-the-while.

Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out. Inside the kitchen, Executive Chef from Napoli2 Jon Berger was recently added to the team, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the regional Italian specialties.

The meal was excellent. Been to 3 a few times and been to 2 more over the years. Every meal is consistently excellent. The ribeye my son had looked tender and perfectly cooked. He said it was top of his list. I had the veal chop and it was huge and exceptional.

Veritas is one of our utmost favorite restaurants Every dish is delicious with unique flavor combinations; Mathis is an absolute genius in the kitchen The service is attentive and friendly, Lucy, Hannah, and Jordan are all so very good. Stephanie and David always make you feel at home, like you’re visiting friends. We can always count on a relaxing and wonderful meal. The Amish chicken and Brussel sprout salad are our favorites but leave room for their cookie dessert…so yummy!!
