We have been going to Hideout 125 as it is one of our favorite restaurants for years now. This was our first experience at the new location. Our booth was located in the bar area, but back behind the bar so it wasn't appealing to just see the back of the bar and all the bottles, etc. The temperature was uncomfortably warm. We heard other patrons complaining as well. By the time our dinner arrived, we had gotten too warm. We took a few bites then asked our waitress to box the rest to go. Although the new building was aesthetically nice, we prefer the old Hideout better.

Some of Paula's on Main's specialty entrée dishes include the crab-stuffed whitefish with dill-caper hollandaise, the Thai tilapia in a crispy sesame crust with a Thai-spiced tartar sauce, the Alaskan king crab legs with drawn butter and the blackened salmon topped with a bleu cheese glaze, all made even better paired with wine. Paula’s Seafood is our go to for celebrations! While the purpose was asked for the reservation, there was no mention or acknowledgement of it. Typically Paula never disappoints! We enjoyed our dinner with great friends. The restaurant was loud, with an extremely boisterous child, and the service was slower than normal.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant and we really enjoyed our dinner. There is very little that would change, mainly my own drink choice. The food was well prepared, presented, and portioned. The restaurant was beautiful and fairly quiet.
