We are a 21 and over establishment! Copper Spoon is a New American restaurant focusing on seasonal, contemporary fare that highlights our Northeast Indiana producers. We work local farmers and artisans to source proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality ingredients.

Our cocktail program has been nominated for a Tales of the Cocktail award for best bar/restaurant cocktail menu. We have one of the largest selections of whiskey, bourbon, rye, and scotch in Indiana. Our cocktail menu features over one hundred classic cocktails, seasonal house cocktails created by our bar team and an extensive list of spirits, wines and beers.

We are passionate about hospitality and our craft. We put a lot of care in absolutely everything we do! Be prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience.

We are located at the Harrison Building downtown Fort Wayne. Our back yard is Parkview Field, which gives us the best patio seating around. Go Tin Caps!

Food is always delicious and our cocktails were perfection. The server was a bit lacking compared to past visits, but still pretty good. Our cocktails sat empty while he walked by a few times and we had to wave him down, which is not how service typically is at this type of restaurant. It was not too busy.

The boursin cheese medallion with crostini and raspberry chipotle sauce and the beer-steamed and seasoned peel-n-eat shrimp with cocktail sauce make tantalizing starter options. Some of Paula's on Main's specialty entrée dishes include the crab-stuffed whitefish with dill-caper hollandaise, the Thai tilapia in a crispy sesame crust with a Thai-spiced tartar sauce, the Alaskan king crab legs with drawn butter and the blackened salmon topped with a bleu cheese glaze, all made even better paired with wine. Always a great experience dining at Paula’s but last night was phenomenal. We were there to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and everything was beyond expectations. The food, the service and everything was phenomenal.

Our family walked to Proximo for breakfast from our downtown hotel and we were greeted promptly by a polite and professional hostess and quickly seated to a U-shaped booth with downtown street views. Our waitress was also prompt and was very helpful with questions about the menu. We ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes, breakfast tacos w/ chorizo, traditional breakfast and the kid's french toast. The food was fantastic. Every single item was made to perfection. The food was flavorful and seasoned well. It should go without saying, but this is just not your normal breakfast diner food. The food really is many levels above your normal breakfast fare at other places. If we are ever in Fort Wayne and staying downtown again, we will 100% go back to Proximo for breakfast.

Joseph Decuis holds a special place in my/our heart(s). Before, I had my first date with my now husband, and before we were married in the courtyard, I dinned there as a single or with a friend. The service was always amazing. It became my second home, but this one had amazing food. Last night, we had squash soup, the charcuterie, waygu, and trout. All were amazing. They also have specialty cocktails and scrumptious desserts, yum! The wine list is filled with wonderful choices. We celebrated our 5th anniversary at the scene of the crime/marriage, as we always do, and it never disappoints. Thank you!

This was our second time going to Bru Burger since they have opened. Both times we have loved it! The food is great and prive isn't terrible for a sit down date night dinner. Both times our serve was Danielle and she has been outstanding each time. She is very friendly and checks in often. She has been very knowledgeable and is sure to answer any questions you may have. My one tip of advise is: If you can make a reservation, I suggest to do so because they are often busy and may have a wait time.
