We loved our visit to Tartan Fox, we planned our holiday to include a visit here and were not disappointed. The staff were welcoming amd knowledgeable regarding any questions we had relating to the menu and we both loved our 3 courses. The atmosphere made it feel more relaxed than a fine dining experience however the food was as good as anything we've ever had. We found the prices reasonable and we will definitely return next year when we are back in Cornwall.

Great service, really enjoyed the food and hospitality. Would of stayed longer and sorted out dessert but had an evening planned at the local theatre. We definitely will be back to do justice to the full menu soon. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant but make sure you book.

Great place, great food (although you don't get much for your money!) and great staff....all as usual. The only thing that's changed for me is the clientele! Loads more young scruffy people, not well presented people like we used to get in there. Thankfully no kids......yet?!

Called in as we just fancied some pub grub and had seen the menu online. Car park really spacious. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Also patient! Orders taken in a timely fashion with helpful advice. Food brought to table good and hot. Extra veg cooked to perfection, bangers and mash spot on and pasta dish really tasty. More than happy to visit again.
