Come eat & talk story while dining on our delicious assortment of Fresh Sushi, Juicy Steak, and Delicious Cocktails.

Oao at Wailea is NOT a BYOB establishment. Wine & Sake are ok to bring but bear in mind that we charge a $35 Corkage Fee per bottle brought.

We had a fantastic Anniversary dinner! They went above and beyond to give us a beautiful view of the ocean and the food was amazing! The dessert and champagne was amazing as well! It’s a special spot for sure!

For many years, the Kula Lodge has been a favorite for both visitors and Kama'aina alike for delicious cuisine and breathtaking views of Maui. Perched high on the slopes of Haleakala with a 180 degree view of Maui, the Kula Lodge and Restaurant is a comfortable and homey place to relax, especially on your way down from the sunrise or sunset at the crater. It is situated on 4 lovely acres and not only has a stunning botanical garden, it has the only full-service bar and live music in Kula. It's also the only place upcountry with dancing (on Friday and Saturday nights)!

The restaurant seats up to 160 guests, making it ideal for weddings and special events. The Kula Lodge outdoor Garden Terrace features a brick wood-burning pizza oven and an open view of south, central and the Maui mountains. The sunset views are absolutely phenomenal!

Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5-7 have live entertainment; Friday & Saturday evenings from 5-8pm have live entertainment AND dancing!

Wonderful lunch here and really liked the modern take on traditional Filipino dishes. We’re Filipino and appreciate the Chef’s take and vision on the Pinakbet, Lechon, Pancit, and Lumpia. Service was great too! We’ll be back in March with more family members.

Food was delicious. Servers were friendly and informative. A couple of small issues; table lamp flickered so we turned it off, and noticed lipstick on martini glass after finishing drink. Server apologized and took it away. After we paid check we stayed a bit to talk but no one returned to offer water etc. Once we paid bill we were basically ignored and as we left no one said thank you or even good bye. Odd ending to an otherwise pleasant experience.
