Located in the heart of Kapa‘a town, ‘Āina Kaua‘i offers creative and delicious Japanese cuisine that highlights the flavors and bounty of Kaua’i. The menu features ingredients harvested at peak freshness from local farms for use in refined Japanese cooking techniques that transform a meal into a transcendent dining journey. The open kitchen allows guests to observe the preparation of courses, while the choice “Chef’s Counter” features four exclusive seats where guests can interact with the chefs throughout their meal. Guests can select libations from a drink menu which includes premium sake, Japanese beer, wine, and cocktails made from scratch with local fruits, spirits from Hanalei Spirits, and Japanese whisky. Situated in the heart of Ka’ana Kitchen’s open-air styled kitchen, we invite you to immerse yourself in our exclusive dining experience. Interact with our chefs as they thoughtfully curate a customized 6-course menu of fresh, local ingredients to stimulate your sense of adventure. To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier.

This exclusive experience is limited to seating’s at 6:00pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - Friday.
Maximum of 4 guests per party.

Chef’s Table: $195/person
Wine Pairings:
Premier Cru – a selection of our favorite wines from off the beaten path – creating a journey of discovery & delight +$125/person
Grand Cru – exclusive selection of hard to source, hard to replace but very easy to love wines +$250/person

Due to limited seating, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy and $75/person cancellation fee.

Nestled in the Shops of Wailea offering a true "foodie" experience, Lineage delights guests from around the globe and locals alike.

Reservation phone line opens at 2pm daily (808)879-8800.

While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot make any guarantees.

15-minute late grace period from reservation time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.

Nami Kaze Hawaii is the story of Chef Jason Peel’s culinary journey. Combining the flavors from his hometown of Kaua‘i, and the decades of experience working for some of Hawai‘i’s top culinary leaders, including Ian Ruso of Michele’s at the Colony Surf and Roy Yamaguchi, Nami Kaze Hawaii is a unique melting pot of culinary creativity. With a farmer-focused approach, guests can expect to embark on a culinary adventure, enjoying creations that reflect Peel’s appreciation for the produce and provisions found throughout the state.

Nami Kaze Hawaii is currently open for brunch and dinner, Wednesday through Sunday. Nami Kaze Hawaii's brunch menu offers a unique take on local Hawaii brunch favorites, while its dinner menu features izayaka-style share plates with plans to debut a sushi omakase-style bar in 2023. At Fukurou, you will enjoy an Omakase-style experience featuring a unique blend of local Hawaiian cuisine, Japanese Kaiseki, and a delicate touch of Mexican flare. Located inside of Buho Cocina y Cantina, we are tucked away incorporating a speak-easy aspect to our omakase.

Seating Times (2 seatings per night): 5:30pm and 7:45pm

If there are no reservations available at your desired time, understand that we hold our patio seating, communal table, and bar stools for walk-in customers only. Please call to reserve parties larger than 8 guests. We are open to walk-ins only for Happy Hour ("Pau Work") from 2pm to 5pm Tuesday - Saturday and offer a pupu menu and drink specials.

We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
(Reservations for Tasting Menu Only at 530pm, 6pm, 8pm, & 830pm. Bar Area will accept walk-ins & by phone only.)

**Our Regular tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Plant-Based tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Another fantastic evening at Nature!!! Shelby is the absolute best table captain ever!!! The dishes are so delicious! The heart of palm beignets are a must as is the sourdough bread, mushroom tagliatelle, beet poke and so much more! Their menu is seasonal so I will be going back each time the menu changes. Whether prix fixe or ala carte this is an innovative, thoughtful restaurant that is a bright spot in the Honolulu dining scene. Thank you for another wonderful culinary experience! 🌺🌺

Our chef Kenta Kayama has been trained under the best chef in Japan, Mr.Kanda who keeps 3 stars Michelin for the whole time Michelin has been published in Japan.
We opened our door in Tokyo in 2014 and became known as the best place for truffle and old world wine lovers. We serve only fresh seasonal truffles from all over the world throughout the year, Italian Alba white truffle to French Perigord black truffle, Tasmanian black, sometimes even from Spain.

As someone who basically never leaves reviews, my first time at PAI deserves a glowing review. I was most impressed by the outstanding service, care, and attention to detail from the staff! My friend and I each had the three-course menu, and the food quality and selection were excellent. I would definitely go again and recommend to others, especially for a special occasion.
