At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

One of the best restaurants in Hawaii and THE BEST Pastas too. Eating here is a joy of flavors. Always start with the caviar egg. The truffle infused mashed potatoes with cheese are a must! Top it off with a piece of Foie Gras and truffles, and you have a dish from heaven. the pastas are amazing and I recommend getting several so you can share . Thev foie gras frittata or with risotto is also a treat. also love the A5 Wagyu. This is my favorite restaurant in Honolulu and I am already booking another reservation.

The food was amazing and reasonably priced for such a nice restaurant. Our server was also really nice and attentive and had suggestions for what to get which was helpful. Definitely recommend this place it’s super nice inside and the tables aren’t super close together which is nice!

We had a wonderful evening starting with great cocktails by Michael, one of the best mixologists I have had the pleasure of meeting. We then sat on the patio for dinner. Wonderful ambiance. The mushroom and truffle tagliatelle and veal Milanese were both excellent and perfectly prepared. For dessert the lilikoi tart was to die for. All in all, a perfect evening!

The thin pie like crust on the pizza makes it light and delicious. If you like meat, try adding the sausage to the diavola pizza. The pastas are all excellent. The one with crab especially so. The wait staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful combination. The guests seem better behaved and dressed than the average Honolulu dinner. Maybe it is the restaurant’s proximity to Ala Moana Shopping Center???
