OMAKASE Sushi Course Menu:

OMAKASE means "Up to you" in Japanese. A unique Japanese dining experience that involves placing one's trust in the chef's culinary skills to create a personal meal. This selected course meal includes carefully crafted dishes from appetizer to Nigiris to tempura to grilled fish to soup to all the way to dessert. This journey begins with the freshest, highest-quality fish imported from Japan. Our sushi chef, Haruki Higashitai masterfully navigates the seasons, bringing you distinctive flavors the reflect the quality and essence of each ingredient.

NOIO, a new sushi restaurant in Kona, is located oceanfront on the second floor and features unobstructed views of the Pacific ocean. The crowned jewel at Noio is the omakase sushi experience, where guests are guided through Sushi Chef Nuri Piccio’s nightly menu of the freshest fish and Japanese dishes. The 12-seat omakase counter is the main feature of the restaurant but the space also includes 65 seats for ala carte dining. Reservations are available online or by calling our reservation number. The restaurant is located within Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Valet parking is offered by the hotel.

Sansei, meaning third generation, is a locally owned contemporary Japanese Restaurant offering new wave sushi. The force behind the food is Chef/Owner Dave "DK" Kodama. An Oahu native, he is fearless when it comes to flavors and one of the most adventurous chefs you will meet. At Sansei he has combined his Japanese heritage with Hawaii's incredible ethnic mix and flavors he experienced in his travels to create a New Wave Sushi. Japanese-inspired Pacific Rim, Contemporary Japanese type of cuisine. Call it whatever you like, what you will taste are the unique combinations of flavors and textures. Including our famous award winning dishes the panko ahi, shrimp dynamite, and Dk famous crab ramen. The food will never disappoint!
