At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.
Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. At dinner, Bistro Casanova is a romantic destination for meals before a show or the perfect stop before flying out of Maui.

My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 and raised on the largest of all the Greek Islands, Crete...where the weather and water are beautiful year-round, where seafood, vegetables, and fruit are plentiful and where the bread, cheese and wine are all handcrafted, the old fashioned way. Rhonda and I are raising our son, named after my father and born on Maui in 2004, on a beautiful island with similar qualities to my father's birthplace. This leads us to Manoli's Pizza Company. Our fare here at Manoli's is centered on fresh, organic, and sustainable products whenever possible in crafting all of our pizzas, salads, and even when choosing the wines on our list. Manoli's is where healthful, flavorful foods and beverages come together in a place where friends and family meet.
