Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

I’ve been to many restaurants of this sort over the years. This one in particular rates high in my list. The husband and wife duo put a personal touch to the experience. The food was also excellent. I’m excited to try it again next time I visit the area.

Unbelievable experience. Our server explained all the dishes we were interested in. Went with octopus for appetizers. Mojo Verde sauce made it go from good to great. Ordered the fish for entree and again sauce delivered. Megan was super helpful and professional. Final verdict - we’ll be back

At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Spoon & Key Market is a multi concept restaurant with ocean views.
We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Grab n go items daily from 8:00am - 3:30pm, including Illy coffee, house baked goods and a full wine/bar list.
On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we pause our lunch service at 3:30pm and resume at 4:30pm for Sunset Dinner Service.
On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, we offer a Chef Tasting Menu in addition to our A La Carte dinner menu
Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome for dinner. No reservations needed for daytime.

Took my wife and two kids seating in the back room was perfect. Food everything was great the Pupu steak, chicken wings, Hamachi ceviche great starters wife and daughter ate the shrimp scampi pasta and Cesar salad perfectly paired. Sauce on the scampi was delicious. Ribeye for me with the sweet potatoes mash amazing. Our other daughter had the Birria Noodles she loved it.
