The Leis Family Class Act is officially open. We thank you for your patience and we truly value your support. We look forward to welcoming you back and reconnecting with you all.

Our restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Paina Building. The Paina building is the 3rd large build when you enter from Wahinepio Ave.

We are excited to share with you menu items influenced by various countries from around the globe. Chef Peter Pak and his team of students produce different menus weekly. We welcome you to reference our dates of service and menu selections listed below. Our menu items are subject to change and will vary based on availability.

Brigit & Bernard's Garden Café is a German gem located in central Kahului of Maui, Hawaii. Swiss-born Chef and Owner Bernard Weber prepares each and every dish from scratch. No prepared sauces, all hausmade from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Come explore this unique "hole in the wall" for a unique German-Swiss experience!

Enjoy the spectacular views while you relax in our casual, open-air dining environment. Along with our menu offerings inspired by local fare, we have several signature cocktails available that are made with our own, Ocean Vodka, Kula Rum, Fy Gin, and Brum spirits.

We have a 15 minute grace period. We have limited inside seating and vast options for outside seating. If you have a preference between inside or outside seating, please leave us a note in your reservation.

Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.
Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. At dinner, Bistro Casanova is a romantic destination for meals before a show or the perfect stop before flying out of Maui.

Fiercely local, we are uncompromising in sourcing the best ingredients from the best sources. In typical Maui style, if you’re a guest in one of our brewpubs or restaurants then you’re a welcomed guest in our home. We are open daily from 11:00 - 10:00, with happy hour from 3pm-5pm and live music from 6:30pm-8:30pm! We proudly offer table side service in our dining room and lanai. Have a large party? No worries!
