Excellent food. We really enjoyed everything-the Lomo Saltado, Leche de Tigre, fried Yuca and the Suspiro de Limeña dessert. Super friendly service and an attractive place. The only downside is that there are only a few tables inside, so if the weather is poor that could be a problem.

Nightcap was originally conceived as a place for sweet sustenance and sparkling cocktails. Since then, we have evolved into so much more. Our space is now known as a late night, date night spot for guests and friends alike. The cozy atmosphere is welcoming, romantic and is also a great place to dine solo. It’s a space to make new friends, enjoy some incredibly tasteful food and cocktails that aim to please. Nightcap carries an old school Austin vibe that is hard to be classified as a bar or restaurant. We like to consider ourselves as a nightly dinner party at your friends house. The idea is to come over, have a great time and let us clean up afterwards. On special occasions, glitter is our favorite color that is often paired with bubbles. We had a really wonderful experience for a celebration dinner. The food and cocktails were great, but the service really set the experience apart from many other restaurants. Staff were so incredibly kind and attentive. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a special evening. We can't wait to go back.

Food was very delicious, definitely tasted like I was in Mexico City. The drinks were all right, given that it was pretty warm inside the facility. The drinks melted pretty quickly, which had them taste very watered down.

We had a very nice time. The food was delicious. We had the patty melt and chicken sandwich- the meat and potato quality were excellent. I appreciate that there is a bottle discount if you order a flight first. Parking was easy on a Tuesday evening on the quiet end of Rainey st.

Delicious Father’s Day burger and beer special with crisp tater tots. Excellent stuffed waffle with berries and granola. Daughter likes the mocktail selection and I enjoyed the Aperol spritz selections.
