server was so sweet the food was great and the environment was wonderful as always however, the service speed was pretty slow and i’d understand if it was a saturday but it was a tuesday so it was just a little odd to have slower service. loved everything else will be back for sure!

My boyfriend and I recently visited Sushi Roku for date night, and we had an amazing time. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening. Not super noisy actually perfect noise volume. The drinks were delightful, and the food was absolutely incredible. We ordered the following; Spicy Cucumber Sunomono - good flavors cold app Green Beans "Ingen Itame” - very delicious hot app Beef ribeye wrapped asparagus - loved this and how it was served on the hot stone - farm Salmon* nigiri (sake lemon zest, yuzu salt, nikiri shoyu) - WOW factor absolutely delicious 🤤 White Lotus - this has to be one of the best sushi rolls I’ve had. 😊 Chicken Fried Rice - 🍚 it was good Chocolate lava cake - this was a miss but the waiter took care of it. The lava wasn’t lavaing Cheesecake was good. Many of the dishes were a culinary delight. ☺️ My drink Tropical Hibiscus was very tasty I will be ordering it again!! Our waiter was fantastic and made our experience even better and each server that brought out a dish. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend Sushi Roku.

Down South CaJJun Eats was founded by twin brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes in the Spring of 2017. While Studying at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX they decided to take a leap of faith. Originally from Beaumont, TX, they felt a tremendous part of their lives was missing in Austin. And that was Crawfish!!

First visit was a Saturday brunch. And boy was the music LOUD, let’s just get that outta the way! The space is generously sized and nicely appointed. Service was timely, although not attentive. Not poor enough to spoil our visit, but could stand improvement. The food was very tasty and served warm . Drinks were not short on alcohol and the brunch specials were a good value at $10, while regular cocktails/drinks were $16. Definitely a vibe and worth a visit.
