10/10 would recommend to any and every sushi lover out there. Chef Endo was amazing and so kind, all of the courses were incredible and the staff were fantastic. They really personalize the experience and Chef Endo even knew our names. Can’t wait to come back!

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. Another absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was first class… the food, service, ambience… all fantastic. Every time we come is quite simply one of our favorite overall meals. We look forward to another reason to visit The Carillon.
