Das Schmits bietet gehobene Fusionküche und eine erstklassige Auswahl an Weinen in entspannter Atmosphäre. Küchenchef Felix Beneken, ehemaliger Souschef des berühmten Zwei-Sterne-Restaurants Le Moissonier in Köln und sein Team kochen deutsche und internationale Küche mit spürbarem französischen Einfluss. Auf der Karte finden sich neben den regelmäßig wechselnden, sorgsam zusammengestellten Menüs auch Klassiker der Deutschen und Internationalen Küche. Perfekt gegrillte, auch außergewöhnliche Steakcuts vom Big Green Egg, wechselnde Tagesgerichte sowie vegetarische und vegane Speisen sind weitere kulinarische Highlights.
