The critic Gault Millau describes the dishes of Christian Sturm-Willms like a Japanese ink drawing, "which creates whole landscapes through a few clever brushstrokes.” The YUNICO has one of the most extensive sake selections in Germany as well as fine wines that complete the offer perfectly.
