The critic Gault Millau describes the dishes of Christian Sturm-Willms like a Japanese ink drawing, "which creates whole landscapes through a few clever brushstrokes.” The YUNICO has one of the most extensive sake selections in Germany as well as fine wines that complete the offer perfectly. The menu has 3-6-course meals on offer or you may dine à la carte.

With a new interior design and the large rooftop terrace overlooking the Rhine valley, the YUNICO offers an exclusive ambiance. For Christian Sturm-Willms and the restaurant manager Melanie Hetzel their work is their hobby and that's what makes every visit to the YUNICO a very special experience.

ACACIA stands for authentic Japanese cuisine – using traditional techniques and select ingredients, while also being open to influences from European cuisine.
Many dishes include fish or meat. Vegetarian or Vegan Alternatives are available upon prior Request.

Head chef Toshi Suzuki brings experience from Japanese fine dining. He considers his cooking to be "soul food" – a calm, focused cuisine with a focus on product quality and artisanal preparation.

Most of our Seating is located in a Shoe-free area. The low-level Booths are accessible via a small Step.

For groups of Six or more, we offer ONLY our Omakase Menu – a selection of rotating courses prepared by the chef.
