We have been dining at Charcoals for years, took my parents for their first visit. It was absolutely spot on as always. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is out of this world! We highly recommend!

Overall first experience was great . Food, cocktails and service were of a high standard . Waiting staff were friendly . Only minor complaint would be the ambient temperature. Front door was open on a chilly day. Would have stayed longer if place was warmer.
