The addition of The Glasshouse, a contemporary new extension, gives an exciting dimension to the pub, creating a spectacular dining environment perfect for hosting any special event. In the warmer months its fully retractable doors create the ideal inside/outside space.
The restaurant has also been given a fresh new look creating a vibrant place to dine. Food great, service great, only improvement needed is to speed up the food coming out from point of ordering. Owners - take note: One extra chef and one extra waitress would transform the place.

Great visit! We were shown to a quiet wood panelled room which was ideal for a leisurely catch up. Service was attentive and friendly and the food, good. Loved that a selection of small plates is available now, alongside traditional courses. Enjoyed the delicate wild garlic soup and generous plate of gammon, egg and chips. We’ll be back!
