My friend and I had such a delicious Sunday Roast. The vegetables, roast potatoes and mushroom wellington were amazing, and the presentation was superb. But I'm so glad to have a Sunday Roast with a vegan Yorkshire pudding (my favourite part of the meal). The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even though we sat outside, we never felt unaccompanied. The atmosphere is perfect (with the heaters to keep us warm and the display of flours across the fence). I'm very happy with my meal at the Shrub (as was my friend) and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good vegan Sunday Roast

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I havent been to Urbanos 32 before, will definitely be returning to try some more of their menu. I went with a friend, we are both vegetarian and each had a different pizza from the menu which we both really enjoyed. We went on a Thursday when they have a buy one get one free promotion on their pizzas, so definitely value for money. I booked a table for 5.30, the restaurant was moderately busy when we arrived, then soon filled up after 6pm. So definitely book a table if you are arriving around this time to avoid missing out!

Enjoyed a delicious ‘catch up’ lunch with a friend and everything about it was very good, as my star ratings reflect! The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. It wasn’t crowded today, so the noise level was fine - but if it’s busier I’d suggest requesting a table in the quieter area close to the entrance. 😀👍

We are an independent restaurant in the heart of Chester offering microseasonal dining with menus designed around what's growing on our farm in Daresbury. Menus change every four to six weeks.
Happy Hour is available in our lounge from 4-6pm on Thursday-Saturday with "Two for £15" Cocktails, wine and beer specials.

Excellent value for money . Its great they doing taster menu , which was very varied . Chef was extremely accommodating for my requests . Service was excellent . if any criticism and partly our fault for not asking is during wine flight it’s nice too have bottles brought too the table so we can look at label .. The staff were lovely and food very high standard for the price ..

After 17 successful years in business amongst tough competition, Moules a go-go is still going strong, boasting superb food and a great atmosphere in contemporary yet comfortable surroundings. The head chef and manager have been there since the restaurant’s inception; such longevity is a rare blessing in the tempestuous world of the steaming kitchen, but this dedication shows in the consistency and quality of the food and service. Moules a go-go is a real find in the heart of Chester's history.

This is the fourth time I have visited the sprout kitchen. I brought 2 friends with me today. It was their first time visiting and they loved it. The only disappointment was there was no Welsh rarebit available again. This is the 3rd time it hasn’t been available on my visit. I’m told it’s grill issues. I really hope they get this sorted as both my friends would have had this as their first choice too.
