Marea is an al fresco, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant perched on Santa Maria Bay with stunning panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. Signature flavors and techniques by Chef Eric Arellano reimagine an all-day menu of Mediterranean-inspired favorites, carefully sourced ingredients and a bounty of the Baja Peninsula’s finest fresh seafood. All alongside a lively menu of housemade cocktails, wines selection and a day-to-night setting soaked in the carefree spirit of Los Cabos.

Breakfast: 7:00 to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 11:00 to 5:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 too 10:00 PM

The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,
inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints and
surrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their daily
fishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, and
green beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,
variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.
The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic and
biodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some of
Mexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classic
cocktails from warm climates

Thank you Michelin Guide for recommending DUM—a verdant jungle oasis in the middle of Todos Santos. The atmosphere under the palm trees in our secluded table for 2 was supreme. We chose the 5-course tasting menu which was excellent. However our favorite course was the amuse not listed on the menu. Raw oysters with Sangria granita & jalapeño. Wow! Excellent service—especially the laid back bartender who was an expert in Mezcal & Tequila. Recommend you arrive right before sunset to enjoy the “jungle” as it transitions from filtered sunlight to moonlight.

Food was absolutely amazing. The short rib rice is a must have along with the scallop ceviche. A bit pricey for the average Joe, but perfect for a romantic dinner by the water if you’re willing. Exploring the Gorgeous resort is a bonus as well!

One of the best dining experiences I've had. The ambience of this hotel restaurant is incredible. The food was impeccable and the service (Walter) was spot on! Our experience was so memorable we made another reservation a few nights later. I highly recommend.

Amazing! Our waiter, Julio was so great! Friendly, knowledgeable and gave wonderful recommendations! The tuna tostada appetizers were the best! Charred shrimp and vegetables were delicious! Fernando recommended a great Pinot Noir! Next time we are in Cabo, we WILL return to Comal!!
