Nowadays 220 years after, part of the family still produces tequila, but Jorge Cuervo took after his father, Don Malaquías Cuervo, who expertise in the culinary arts inspired by his ancestor's deep knowledge of the authentic Mexican cuisine.

Eine feine kulinarische Überraschung mit guten Produkten aus der Region . Erfreulicherweise sind die Portionen so gestaltet dass man nach einem ganzen Menü mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause geht. Es gibt neben der Möglichkeit einer Weinbegleitung auch eine gute Weinkarte .
