Thank you Michelin Guide for recommending DUM—a verdant jungle oasis in the middle of Todos Santos. The atmosphere under the palm trees in our secluded table for 2 was supreme. We chose the 5-course tasting menu which was excellent. However our favorite course was the amuse not listed on the menu. Raw oysters with Sangria granita & jalapeño. Wow! Excellent service—especially the laid back bartender who was an expert in Mezcal & Tequila. Recommend you arrive right before sunset to enjoy the “jungle” as it transitions from filtered sunlight to moonlight.

We did the 12 course omakase and loved it! It was the perfect amount of food without feeling too gluttonous. Loved the idea fact that there was the option to do 15 or a la carte also. We were in a private area with only one other person and we loved the interaction with the chef. Food was amazing!
