Great food and service! Expensive evening at $95, including tip. My server was outstanding and very accommodating as I was 40 minutes late from my own retirement party at another establishment. The salmon and the lava cake were both absolutely delicious! Could stand to turn the sound volume down. The next time I come to see a live music act, I will be bringing hearing protection. The noise level was in the 90+ decibel range all night. First time there! Really enjoyed the place! And terrific music provided by Jazz Overhaul!

Dining Bar
Bothell
About the restaurant
The krō bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits and great food with a nod to another era.

Tucked away on Main Street in Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted krō bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging catwalk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored.

Please note we are 21 and older only.

Due to the size of our location, we are unable to seat parties of more than 4 guests.

Great happy hour at crowbar, we all had burgers that were delicious but a tad salty. Cheese puffs with curry butter were a surprise, so good! And of course the cocktails were plenty strong. Manhatten and gray matter, yum!

This is a high energy place if you eat inside, but it is lovely to eat on the patio or in the grassy area outside. Families with kids love this place. Food rotates so you need to watch on Facebook! Some of the best beers in town!

Great visit! Went early at 5:00 pm on a Thursday so not busy. Some of the best service we’ve ever had, both bartenders were so personable - Sam made us fantastic drinks and gave great recommendations to us out of towners. Coconut prawns and sliders from Rumba were delicious. Decor is incredible- especially Kiki- huge Octopus on ceiling. Drinks were awesome with perfect tiki flair. Got some mugs to take home. We will be back!
