We strictly adhere to all guidelines set forth by the governor. In addition, all tables inside and out are properly socially distanced, mask wearing is mandatory, tables and chairs are fully sanitized before and after each use. We feature a chef driven seasonal menu that is available for takeout, a well curated wine and spirits list that includes over 200 whiskies and an ever evolving craft cocktail to go program. Inside the restaurant, our high vaulted ceilings give way to a spacious, multi-level dining room making it one of the most ideal spots for private events in Bellevue. Celebrated my 21st birthday with Rumba and Inside Passage! They were so wonderful! Throughout the night and between the two bars, our table was sent 3 free shots (2 for me and 1 for my partner). They made room for us at Inside Passage even though we only had a reservation for Rumba! It was absolutely wonderful! And the food and drinks were delicious! Definitely a fun experience and very Instagram worthy as well.

It was our one year wedding anniversary and we asked for deck seats but got sat in bar w no view. Dinner was served and mid meal the waitress we had was able to move us to the deck. Wait staff was so nice but management of special occasions requests weak. The waitress brought us complimentary Prosecco which was super kind. Food was ok but maybe we ordered less tasty options. Seemed like small portions and pricey. All and all it was a good time but we won’t rush back for the food. We may at some point pop in for a cocktail and be one and done.
