The food was excellent - we got drinks, appetizers, steaks, desserts. Everything was delicious and the hosts and service were pleasant and attentive. No complaints, we had a great evening.

Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

We are long time patrons of Joule. When we want a warm hug, we know it’s Joule to the rescue!! Not only has the food never disappointed throughout the years, their staff are impeccable!! We especially LOVE Brandie and Carrie(might have misspelled these names, sorry friends)!! We value consistency and Joule always delivers!!

I had no real idea what to expect during my first visit to The Capital Grille. It turned out to be a very positive experience. The service, food, ambiance, and location proved outstanding. I hope my second visit mirrors or exceeds my first visit.

My wife and I go to the Keg for special occasions. The food is always great, very tasty, and the service is always outstanding. If you are going to spend a few extra dollars, this is a great place for an evening out!!

The Metropolitan Grill. The moment you step into the Metropolitan Grill, you know you have entered a classic steakhouse.
