The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, and the Hill Country is well-represented year-round. Ruth's Chris Steak House, ubicado en la calle Concord Plaza de San Antonio, fue inaugurado en 1993. En Ruth's Chris, los filetes se seleccionan con esmero de las mejores carnes de res de calidad USDA Prime. El restaurante añeja las carnes a la perfección y las corta a mano. Luego los filetes se asan, al gusto exacto de los comensales, a unos abrasadores 1.800º Fahrenheit para conservar los jugos naturales y el sabor de las carnes de animales alimentados con elotes. Los filetes se sirven calientes y chisporroteantes. De hecho, se puede oír el chisporroteo de la carne en toda la estancia. Hay salones comedor privados para grupos de 10 a 100 personas.

La tensión fue muy buena, la comida excelente falló el vino, te lo tenían en la carta, pero no lo tenían físicamente la segunda botella de vino que pedí estaba muy buena!!! al momento de la cuenta, fue un tanto cuento desastroso, no sé si fue el mesero o la persona de la caja, pero se equivocaron. Tuve que materialmente pagar dos cuentas todo lo separaron ahí no estuvo bien, creo que es un error de Restaurante nuevo En general, excelente, muy recomendable
