This place is always a 10/10!!! The shrimp appetizer could really be the sole reason why I will always come back here. It's a must-have! The mojitos are also so good and fresh! Not too sweet, the fruit flavors really come across. Food wise, I went with the Tostaditas, which were amazing! The green salsa is very spicy but very flavorful. My mom had the empanadas & and again, they were delicious. Will always recommend this restaurant!

Located on the campus of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, and nestled in the Pearl, Savor highlights the talents of our CIA students under the supervision of the college’s world class faculty. Experience a meal inspired by ingredients and techniques from around the world. Our dining room and patio are open and reservations are strongly encouraged. Curbside takeout is also available.

All guests are required to wear a mask while indoors—regardless of their vaccination status—except when seated in a dining environment. Thank you for helping to keep our CIA campus community safe!

One of a kind experience at Savor. The team taking care of us were just a few weeks away from Graduation and it showed. We had one of the teaching Chefs swing by and talk with us for a bit (mostly talked about how my 5 year old was taking care of her meal 😂. The 4 course meal was excellent the attention to detail was palpable. This place is a must for everyone visiting SA.

Your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. We decided to go out this Thanksgiving and we were very impressed with the food, service and ambiance. The staff was very attentive and made the experience more than we expected. We all selected the Thanksgiving prefix menu. Thank you Ruth’s Chris La Cantera for making our holiday meal out such a pleasant experience.
