Silo is my favorite restaurant. Great for business dinners or just a relaxed evening with friends. Tonight, we really enjoyed the food and had excellent service. Don't pass up the Dreamsicle Cheesecake!

Located on the campus of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, and nestled in the Pearl, Savor highlights the talents of our CIA students under the supervision of the college’s world class faculty. Experience a meal inspired by ingredients and techniques from around the world. Our dining room and patio are open and reservations are strongly encouraged. Curbside takeout is also available.

All guests are required to wear a mask while indoors—regardless of their vaccination status—except when seated in a dining environment. Thank you for helping to keep our CIA campus community safe!

The Savor staff is always attentive and the food is always amazing, creative and on point. They also do a great job going out of their way to accommodate food allergies. Great experience and highly recommend!

I've eaten here for lunch but this was my first time for the breakfast menu. It is not extensive but the six main entrees along with a la carte items were plenty to choose from! It's wonderful to be able to chat with the others at my table without battling a noise level!

Cassie was our server assisted by Mikayla. I had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the bison burger. Both were delicious and the service was exceptional. A delightful lunch outdoors.

Submerse yourself in a dessert bar that will challenge your expectations by embracing acid, sweet, bitter, and savory all while extracting the nuances that truly makes them unique. Located at The Pearl, Nicosi only has only 20 seats that hug the kitchen, fostering one on one dialogue with the chefs.
To best accomodate your experience, reservations are required. We are offer 2 seating times per night: 5:30 and 8:00. Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph and Chef de Cuisine Karla Espinosa will guide an intimate journey through every dish, its ingredients, what makes it special and why it has been chosen for the evening. We offer wine and cocktail pairings or non-alcoholic beverage pairings for each course. Because Nicosi is about delighting in the present, we have a no phone/photography policy and the menu will be revealed as you dine. We are able to accommodate most dietary aversions and special requests with 24 hour notice. Please allow 90 minutes for your visit. Guests 16 and up, please.

Amazing and unique experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each bite is filled with mystery and craftsmanship. You get an explosion of flavors in your mouth paired with the perfect drink selections. The ambience is 10/10. Perfect for an intimate experience with a special someone. I will say, if you’re more of a burger and fries kind of person, then I don’t recommend this experience as you might still be a bit hungry afterwards.

Never a bad experience we’ve gone other restaurants new ones that have just opened and no comparison to JPrime it stands out above the rest. Have to mention our waiter Calvin outstanding service. So from the time you come in being greeted at the door by the wonderful ladies in front to the managers who greet you and go out of their way to seat you down. Very classy staff and restaurant. Thank you Daniel (mgr). For having such a great staff and the outstanding food. That I’ve never been disappointed with. Thank you
