The Silo is my ”go-to" restaurant for business meetings, and special occasions. The service is always superb, friendly without being obtrusive, and prompt. The menu is diverse, interesting and the Chef’s daily fish specials are always excellent. All the food is delicious and prepared to order. The ambience can be described as quiet, relaxed sophistication, and is perfect for discussions with business colleagues, chats with friends, or family celebrations. Kudos to Manager/Sommelier Scott Cargill for an excellent cellar, and to the all cooks and staff who, as in fine restaurants in Europe, treat their jobs as a profession.

Overall pleasant experience. Jane, our server was personable and attentive. The manager, Mark, accommodated our request for preparing an entree to the desired temperature and “doneness” state.

From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for something special. The attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. Every element, from the lighting and music to the way each plate is presented, is clearly thought out with care and intention. Every dish is bursting with flavor, made with the freshest ingredients, and crafted with a level of skill that shows deep respect for the art of cooking. Even our kids plate (a 4 oz steak with fries and a bowl of Mac and cheese) was cooked perfectly. This place is a true gem!

Cool ambience, my son had his 1st tomahawk it was perfection ❤️ staff very attentive! We loved Javier, our waiter! He was awesome! Loved their blueberry moctail mojito!

We had steaks that were pretty good. The only main distraction to the steak house was the loud blaring music they had going. If you are a bake potatoes fan with your steak, don’t come here. Not on the menu. Overall pretty good service and experience. The old fashioned was the only bad experience I had here.
