The combo of chicken parmigiana that was not overly tomato sauced and pasta with a lemon cream sauce was superb. The lasagna was excellent too. Unique set of cocktails with homemade ingredients.

Some of the best homemade pasta in San Antonio paired with a solid wine list, strong bar program and authentic Napoli pizza. Their arrabiata is superb. I could put it on almost anyting and be happy. It's also nice to see a Gibson on a drink menu. San Antonio is pretty basic when it comes to cocktails and this was a welcome change.

I decided to eat at Mezquite during a conference trip and I was not disappointed! The restaurant is loud but it’s very lively inside the Pullman Market; I didn’t mind the noise level personally but I know that can a distraction for others. I recommend if you’re sensitive to the noise maybe try a different evening as I did go on a Friday night so it was hoppin :) My friend and I had the chuleta asada (pork) and the carne asada entree. The meats were cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. We loved the tortillas and the elotes as well. I don’t usually have steak but sometimes on a trip or vacation I’ll get something out of my ordinary, so the carne asada was really a treat. Overall it was a great dining experience!

What a great experience! We went to a National Caipirinha Day event in the bar. Great caipirinhas! Great food. There were 11 small tastings. We had to tap out. Great value! Great service! We will go back.
