Hand-hammered copper pot stills from the fifth-generation Forsyth family and wooden fermentation vessels from Hall-Woodford, an iconic Philadelphia-based family business, are key points of difference for us—both in their construction value as well as the integrity of the spirits they help us to produce. We continue our batch-by-batch process, creating spirits that celebrate big, bold flavor.

We went on the tour with Val who was knowledgeable and made tasting so much fun. We got to try new gins and vodka. Food and service was excellent. Recommend going with a group of friends.

Food and services was absolutely exquisite. We went for our anniversary dinner and the whole staff was excellent food was amazing and absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. My wife Is vegetarian and loved the options for her.

Ate there last night for our 25th anniversary and couldn't have had a better experience. The hostesses were patient with me wanting to change tables and our servers (Katharine and Michaela) were knowledgeable and friendly. The food was outstanding - my husband said the fried chicken was the best he's ever had and the mushroom soup had a ton of flavor. I enjoyed the tuna crudo (perhaps next time without the a bit too chewy rice paper) and the salmon with sticky rice. The apple tarte tatin was also just the right size after a big meal. Looking forward to going there again.

Brunch was divine. Food was delicious and outstanding menu! Service was great. It is a little noisy but that is because it is the best brunch in Allentown.

An enjoyable evening at Madeline’s last night included a palate cleanser sorbet between our appetizer and entrees. I haven’t experienced that in awhile so it was a pleasant surprise. We had the crab cakes and pork chop, both well seasoned and cooked well. Delicious! Also the Autumn Bisque soup was perfect on a dreary night. Ask if the table by the double sided fireplace is available. Warmed me up quickly. Staff was attentive and the chocolate coin was a treat. Planning to return.
