It's a lovely brunch place with an outside seating option. It's BYOB, so bring your homemade mimosas. The service is friendly, and the food is good. Sometimes, I wish there were specials, especially for brunch. Presentation of the food is basic, so don't expect a wow factor. Overall i highly recommend it.

North Broad
About the restaurant
Honeysuckle is more than a restaurant. It’s a network of community spaces centered around the values of ancestry, nourishment, and reclamation that was founded by James Beard Award Semifinalists Chef Omar Tate and Chef Cybille St.Aude-Tate. In 2022 they opened Honeysuckle Provisions, an award winning afro-centric grocery/cafe and food-focused community space located in West Philadelphia. Now positioned in the North Broad area of Philadelphia, Honeysuckle offers a fresh perspective on food systems - expanding the idea of Afrocentricity in food by redefining the limits of a restaurant and celebrating the legacies and recipes of those that came before them.

We had a lovely experience. We have someone in an electric wheelchair. The restaurant is very accessible. The food was delicious. The radicchio salad was wonderful. I’m not a fan of croutons but the panko crumbs were perfect. I had the gnocchi in pomodoro delicious. The gnocchi was light and fluffy. Melted in my mouth! The other guests had the ricotta ravioli also delicious. The gelato is so tasty. Overall a great place and reasonably priced!

Busy when we arrived a tad after 7. We were seated in 5 min. Place was hopping for a Wed, but it started to empty out. We love coming here. BBQ chicken was moist, tender, I had the Cajun salmon, good as usual. We splurged on dessert and I ordered a salad for today's lunch...which I just ate (strawberry/shrimp). Wait staff always does well for us. We feel like this place and staff are friends. Thanks for many years of great service and more to come! *****
