Hand-hammered copper pot stills from the fifth-generation Forsyth family and wooden fermentation vessels from Hall-Woodford, an iconic Philadelphia-based family business, are key points of difference for us—both in their construction value as well as the integrity of the spirits they help us to produce. We continue our batch-by-batch process, creating spirits that celebrate big, bold flavor.

We went on the tour with Val who was knowledgeable and made tasting so much fun. We got to try new gins and vodka. Food and service was excellent. Recommend going with a group of friends.

The friendly Tria team will help you discover new flavor sensations if that’s your jawn. If you prefer, we’ll bring you more wine and leave you alone. It’s all good.

We love wine and it shows, but Tria above all is a community where guests come to relax and connect. There are no TVs or other distractions. The “concept” is for our guests to engage in conversation made livelier, deeper and cheerier by the wine. Cheers!

This special place is right out of a dream! Hidden gem that is just magical. Their outside patio is just beyond gorgeous, with absolutely delicious food and impeccable service. We enjoyed the cheese board, caesar salad (with fried jalapeños), filet and sea bass - all amazing with very generous portions. We will be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Took the Mrs. for a romantic Saturday night dinner. The food was good. The Mrs had the Ribeye and I had the Rittenhouse Chicken. I wish we were told that the vegetables portions were large enough to share. I could have saved a few bucks. The pianist was a nice touch. Overall it was an enjoyable night.

We came to celebrate a well deserved retirement. We wanted a place that was special. JG did not let us down. We were fortunate to arrive on an unexpectedly slow night and the service and attention we received were first class! Thank you , Rosie, for going out of your way to make this special occasion even better than we had hoped. The views from our east-facing table at sunset were only surpassed by the exceptional food presentations. The only minor hiccup was our inability to have one person order “5th year anniversary tasting” while the other ordered a la cart. We quickly pivoted, without a problem, and both enjoy our a la cart meals, which, in hindsight, were likely better suited to our individual tastes. Truly an exceptional experience!

Excellent table service. It was also very quiet because of the Labor Day holiday. Mixed drinks were made to perfection . They finished our night with a free Anniversary brownie that two of us couldn’t finish. Love Hotel Bethlehem!
