Kizaki is Chef Toshi Kizaki’s long-awaited solo Omakase, representing the pinnacle of his career and decades of influence in Denver’s culinary scene. After more than 40 years with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi, a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques.
Kizaki offers Denver’s first authentic Edomae omakase, featuring approximately 20 courses including raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests may also enjoy a full bar with thoughtfully selected sake, wine, or curated pairings.
The Omakase experience at the COUNTER or TABLE is $250 per guest, plus service fee and tax. The service fee applies to the Omakase only; additional sushi, beverages, and gratuity are not included. Seating times are 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and the experience begins promptly once all guests have arrived. Please review allergies and dietary restrictions prior to booking.

We offer the best sushi you will find in Steamboat and beyond. Our dinner service is Tuesday-Saturday at 4:30pm. The Omakase 14-Course Experience is offered by booking the Sushi Bar at 5pm of 7:30pm. Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are recommended. Please visit tahksushi.com or OpenTable to book reservations and view our menus. If your party is 9 or more, please call to reserve. Happy Hour is offered 4:30-6:00pm

We also offer a specially curated a la carte menu for those who wish to choose what they are craving. For our omakase experiences, we require a deposit of $25/person at time of booking, but the deposit will be applied as a credit to your final bill on the day of your visit. A la carte is only available for walk-in customers and a reservation is not available. We offer an intimate sushi bar setting where we will serve a multi course dinner specially curated by our chefs consisting of a variety of techniques and which will include ingredients that are raw , dry-aged, seared and cooked.
