    We had a lovely time at Ruth’s for dinner. It was our first visit in Maui and it did not disappoint. Everything was great!

    Once again Ruth Chris gets it done. The sizzling steaks cooked to order the sweet potato casserole and the creamed spinach all absolutely perfect! Then they surprise us with the apple pie ala mode that ends the night as great as it began!!

    Consistency is key - you know what to expect no matter where you are dining! Good drinks, great food (Who can say no to a sizzling steak on a butter plate?). Expensive but worth the cost. Will continue to visit Ruth’s Chris all over.

    We had a very enjoyable experience at Ruth’s Steak house. The service was great and the food was delicious. Yes, it’s pricey, but you’re in Wailea so it’s to be expected. We left very full and happy.

    Best Ruth’s Chris I’ve been too: great food, server, and ambience. Hats off to management for letting people just relax, eat their dinner, and visit without rushing them out for the next customer.

    Ruth's Chris Wailea is a pleasant place with a consistent presentation. Wait staff is friendly. New waiters follow a script that markets high end of menu. Annoying, but not offensive. We like ribeye. If we don't make a strong point each time they will serve a ribeye with no cap. And part of the filet is always cut off to make a strange square cut. The steak itself is usually cooked correctly (we like medium rare and get that 80% of the time). Baked potato, asparagus, and spinach are classic and consistently well done sides. Same goes for desserts. The wine list is varied and reasonable among Maui restaurants (all are 3X or more of retail cost). Typical price of meal with cocktail and wine is $150.00 per person for us at Ruth's Chris, not including tip. That is considerably below boutique steakhouse price, making Ruth's Chris an excellent value choice.
