   Service was amazing Jesse was very nice and helpful. Steak wasn’t cooked exactly how we wanted but Jesse made sure it went back to be done correctly. Overall a pretty good experience. besides one of the white workers looking at me and my partner funny ( because our race i’m sure)

   We are Ruth’s Chris regulars - Walnut Creek, CA is our “home” restaurant. The Waikiki Beach location may have been our best experience yet. Excellent food and ambience and superlative service from Derek. Wonderful experience all around.

   ネット予約の枠は空いてるのにお店に直接行ったら2時間待ちと言われた。ひどいです。店の前でネット予約をして30分ほど待ちました。

   We’ve been here a few times and really enjoy the Prix Fixe meal they have between 4:30 & 6:00! Great food and wonderful service. Steaks are cooked to perfection!

   予約して行ったにもかかわらず、席も十分空いていたが、入り口横の席に通された。 ドレスコードもきちんとして行ったが、ビーチサンダルにTシャツの客は、奥の席に案内されていた。 スタッフのサービス、料理も美味しかっただけに残念な対応だった。もう多分行くことは無いと思う。

   My partner ordered the Classic( filet+lobster tail) for$78— 6oz steak doesn’t have much beefy flavour, small lobster tail wasn’t overcooked. I had the so called lump crab cake—3 tiny crab cakes grilled with butter for $50—-Mainly snow crab meat(frozen or canned) with a 3-4 pcs of small sized lump crab mixed in. Has a little fishy taste but bearable. Will not order again. Service is attentive as always. Next time if we have a craving for restaurant steaks, we’ll go back to Hy’s and pay a little more$.
