                                                                                          This place is wonderful, and if you are a foodie its a must try. I always eat here for my birthday and recently also participated in the wine tasting dinner. We were a bit disappointed in a few things concerning the tasting. We did not like that the sides were presented family style, especially for the hefty $150 price tag. Also we think that the wine representative was not there, so the information about the wines were presented in a short video, instead of 'tour style' as in the past, and when we did ask a question, we were only given vague answers. Over all though, we do enjoy this place and the steaks are always the highlight.

                                                                                          Well the waiter Dragan who was assisting us did a horrible job at helping, nice but did not tend to us at all due to the big party that was there, however Bailey was vey nice and accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The environment of Ruth Chris has gone down tremendously as far as dress code is concerned.

                                                                                          Excellent wait staff and staff assisting main wait staff! Took off 1 star for the tough Brussels sprouts! Sweet potato casserole excellent! Honey had the steak that he could cut with his butter knife! I had the spicy shrimp which was very, very tasty and not too spicy! Going to try the lobster the next time as I’m not a steak eater! All in all had a very enjoyable Father’s Day and birthday outing!

Surprised and a little disappointed. They didn’t charge us for the problem items but would rather have had it done right.

                                                                                          We have patronized this restaurant on several occasions and have always had great service. This visit was disappointing and definitely unacceptable. There was not enough staff to accommodate the guests being served. This was poor planning by management and a poor reflection on Ruth Chris’s brand. We waited an extremely long time for our food to come out and had to for our drinks to be refilled. I chose to celebrate my birthday here with my family and it was not a good experience.
