Steaks/ chops arrived at wrong temperature. They were remade, w fresh sides. Didn't ruin bday dinner, but annoying cuz we were hungry!!
Ruth Chris is a dining experience and was worth the money. However, the restaurant was chilly, we were sitting next to a window but even stepping away from the table, I was still cold. Food was not prepared as requested but was quickly rectified when brought to our servers attention.
Our server Ron made the evening great right from the start. He was attentive to both of us. We came for the Thanksgiving dinner and it turned out excellent. The turkey was moist and delicious. The stuffing and side dishes were prepared tasty and hot. My wife said that the extra side of asparagus was slightly over cooked. A nice bottle of red wine along with coffee and dessert were wow! Ron was the best!
Clean and spacious
Wonderful food and impeccable service from Tom Our waiter. Lovely decor and a surprise take home bag of goodies. Thanks so much. We enjoyed our holiday meal.
We had Thanksgiving dinner here for the 3 rd year. We love Ruth’s Chris so much. Delicious food, amazing service, beautiful ambiance. We look forward to returning every year.
Extremely disappointed. A piece of a steak alone on a messy plate is not what I expected from this experience.
All things considered in a covid world where the staff in most restaurants are short-handed we had an enjoyable meal, however, when you factor in the cost it's a disappointing experience to spend that amount of money for lackluster service, overcooked asparagus, and a cold steak. You can't help but feel for the servers having to cover more tables than they can handle but I sure long for the days when customer satisfaction is paramount.
It was an excellent experience. Food, waiter, valet parking and atmosphere were excellent. A great place to celebrate a birthday.
Service slow, to serve & clean up table, food was good but overall pricey
Celebrated our wedding night and Mizz Texas and entire staff were awesome. Thanks for making it special.
Always prefect. when you want a special evening with guaranteed great food, service, & atmosphere, this is the place.
Waited for everything from seating, drinks and dinner. Ordered medium rare, got raw. Had to wait again while cooked to temp. Had two gasses of wine in two hours because no one would bing drinks.
I went to this location for the first time and the food and customer service was wonderful! It was a Saturday night so even though it was very busy, our waiter was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. She also recommended the sweet potatoes which were the best I ever had! Will definitely be back!
Not up to the Ruth’s Chris standard
Our experience was wonderful. Our server Michael was amazing and the manager of the restaurant came to our table. We had a beautiful evening at Ruth’s Chris Pier 5.
Lobster mac was watery and cold. The steak was good.Very loud. Had dine and dashers.Waitress was pretty good. Very attentive and friendly.
Mazz was amazing. The food was excellent.
Took my fiancé here for his birthday and they had rose pedals on the table I thought that was really nice the food was good but the lobster mac and cheese wasn't all that for the price to runny they took it back with no problem and fixed it we will go back
The food was perfect, and our server Ron, was outstanding!
We usually have a great experience at every Ruth's Chris restaurant. However, my wife got sick shortly after we left the restaurant, she had the Bone in Ribeye Steak. My Steak was very good, but overcooked a little.
Really a mixed bag. First, the restaurant was crazy overbooked. We had a confirmed 6:30 reservation. We arrived right on time and the entire lobby area and bar was packed with groups awaiting seating. The front desk just said they had a couple big parties including a wedding and all these people had reservations and were waiting too. Not a good or honest explanation of why they were so overbooked. It took about one hour to get a seat and the table was outside ( not indoors as on the reservation). Not a good start.
That being said the harried manager ( Mark) and especially the Asst Manager ( Eduardo) offered us complementary drinks while we waited. The food was good ( to be expected), arrived quickly, and the wine was excellent and good value. Marlon( our server) was great and got a nice tip.
Nonetheless, I would expect more from a place like RC that charges $65 for a small steak!
Next time I will go elsewhere but kudos to Eduardo for trying. And boo to the honesty of why they were so overbooked and out of control on a Saturday night.
Great bar atmosphere with good cocktails. Service was very good and food options were pretty good. Great location to shops and hotel.
We ate outdoors and everything was great except for an annoying nearly constant banging noise that sounding like a drum beat -- Not sure where it was coming from
Disappointing honestly on all levels except the service.
Birthday. Overall it was nice. The steak was unevenly cooked however, but everything else was spectacular
