   I love this place. Tammy and her staff always make us feel welcome. The food is always delicious. I couldn't ask for anything more.

   Our server Gisele was the best! Very attentive and for a table of 6 remembered everyone’s name!!

   I had a wonderful experience. My waitress Mary was amazing. She had a great personality and she knew the menu very well. She helped me with selecting my drink and food.

   It is always a nice dining experience at Ruth Chris in Baltimore. When we visit from Boston to visit our daughter who attends college in Baltimore, we eat at the restaurant. The steaks are the best! The service is always excellent.

   I ordered lamb chops, stuffed chicken breast, sweet potato casserole, and lastly steamed broccoli. Everything was delicious! The lamb chops were cooked perfectly (medium) and the chicken has a moist buttery texture but the skin is crispy and flavorful. For drinks I had the tilted pineapple martini. I honestly was not a huge fan of the drink; however, I think the garnishment is what threw off the taste. There is a "freeze dried" pineapple chip in the bottom of the glass and I did not like the after taste. I would describe the ambiance as quiet, very reserved, and elegantly simple. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. Everyone working in the restaurant, from the hostess, to the waitress, and the busser, all were pleasant and exhibited excellent decorum. Parking was free (I went on a Thursday night, not sure if it's free on weekends), and the lot is right next to the restaurant, so if you decide to save money on valet there is no hassle with finding parking. Overall, no complaints, 10/10, would highly recommend.

   Ruth Chris on the Baltimore Harbor is a wonderful location for a special dinner. The food is exceptional, the service professional. Gesille was a perfect host and an attentive service person. Our visit to Ruth Chris is always memorable.

   Loved everything about this location. And to have It located in the hotel that was attached to it made it all the more convenient! Very pleased!!

   It took over 40 minutes to get the staff to return to bring our tab and it wasn't very busy. It also took 20 minutes for them to process a gift card. Disappointed to say the least.

   We visit this location frequently Pier 5 the baked potato was undercooked when the manger asked how was our food. We told her the potato was undercooked we had actually almost finished our meal. My husband requested the sauce on the side of his lobster and steak and it was placed on his steak anyway. Too many cords in the Caesar salad. Ughhhh my chicken was a little too crispy. Manager, Liz I believe why ask how was the food and we tell you and you make no adjustments???? This was a was a disappointment for Dinner choice should have gone to the Beaumont.
