It was great food and service
It was a Monday night, so I don’t expect a restaurant to be at its best. We each had the petite fillet which was cooked perfectly. The stuffed mushrooms were tasty, and we each had a salad. I don’t really like the way the side dishes are priced for two or more people to share. We couldn’t agree, so didn’t get a side dish. It’s awkward when there are only two people eating, and we were at a hotel so couldn’t take anything home. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The AC kept the room way too cold.
to much seasoning on filet. Could not understand the waiter. For a place that is suppose to be high end and romantic, it was not. The open seating and kitchen made for a very loud atmosphere.
Tomahawk steak was awesome!! Fire roasted corn, asparagus, and au gratin potatoes. The absolute best!!!!
Went on a date for a birthday and had a good time. Ruth Chris is our favorite place to go but comparing with the one in Odenton, MD, this one has a some room for improvement. Was good, but. It great.
It was great! We really enjoyed our steaks, as well as the crab stack and the creme brûlée. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, and our server made sure that the meal went flawlessly. We really had no complaints, besides the fact that we were sat on the other side of the wall of front door, hearing (and feeling) every time someone slammed it throughout the two hours we spent at the restaurant. Besides that, flawless! We’ll definitely be back.
Everything was excellent until we got to the desert portion. We ordered bananas Foster for dessert. Apparently there is not enough equipment or are there enough people that are willing to prepare the dish. We waited well over 30 minutes for the preparation to begin at our table. If the restaurant is going to serve dessert they need to have the equipment and personnel available to prepare it.
The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing.
Went with my husband for our anniversary and the food, service and everything in between was perfect! We definitely recommend the pineapple drink. Thank you
My husband as the lightly blackened grilled scallops, which he loved. He had a filet which was good but he likes the Coffee marinated filet at the Legendary Steakhouse of Stoney River in Towson. He also had grilled asparagus which he took home for tomorrow’s lunch. I had the petite ribeye / absolutely delicious and one of the very best baked potatoes that I’ve had in 30 years. I also had an excellent Mocktail - Mango-Strawberry. For dessert we brought us a very tasty slice of strawberry shortcake (our 24th wedding anniversary. Great service. We had a very enjoyable evening!
The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional , we will be back!
Daryl was such a great server. The meal was great and the pineapple martini was great
After a hugely disappointing dinner elsewhere, we were looking forward to a tried and true steakhouse experience. Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint. Service was outstanding, (wish we could remember the young mans name from Colorado as he was knowledgeable and super attentive)
Food excellent as always; ambience the usual steakhouse feel; somewhat noisy but not over bearable.
Thanks, RC! Good job again!
Friendly, personable staff with amazing steak. We haven't been in several years but it was worth the wait to goe back again.
I love Ruth’s Chris and I would’ve given this 5 stars but the waitress mixed up our wine order and then brought us back less than what we paid for. Other than that everything else was perfection. Love the food!!
Thank you Courtney for your great service! And Special shoot out to Ruismebliy very nice bus gentlemen!!
Another great meal at Ruth’s Chris — service, food and wine were all exceptional! Our steaks were prepared exactly as we requested and our desserts were outstanding. Can’t recommend it enough!
The food and service is always amazing!
We always enjoy coming during Restaurant Week as it falls during our Anniversary week. This is the second year that we had Marlon as our waiter and he is great! We always order a variety to share and every item was tasty and the desserts were over the top.
While the service was pretty good. I ordered the "select cut" bone-in filet. At least half of the meat was fat and gristle. I did point it out to the waiter when he came over to take our plates. They did offer to make me another steak, but we were going to a baseball game and it would have delayed our getting there on time. Family had already completed their food as well. The brussel sprouts were a bit over cooked. I did not taste the creamed spinach but it looked dry on top. My brother's steak had more gristle then he would have liked but did not complain to staff. My husband said his ny strip was good.
Birthday with the family
They need to clean up the bar area at night, too much of the wrong element in there which drives away money!
Our waiter seemed to be somewhat overwhelmed with the number of tables that he was serving. We had extremely long wait times from the time that we were seated until we paid our checks and left. Also, he failed to inform me that adding a lobster tail to my "restaurant week" entrée was more expensive than ordering the steak & lobster tail pair from the regular menu. The difference in price really didn't dawn on me until I left the restaurant, however, I called back and the manager told me that he would adjust my charges to the regular menu price. I still have to check my credit card statement to confirm that the adjustment has been made. I do thank the manager for his understanding. We'll definitely be back to this restaurant again. Saturday was the first time we've ever experienced less than perfect service and perhaps the fact that it was restaurant week and a very busy time was a contributing factor.
Servers were super nice. Everything else was below average.
Enjoyed the first day of restaurant week with my husband and mom. Food, drinks and service were great! Dessert options for the restaurant week menu was lacking. Overall good experience.
Perfect steaks all around!
Lovely place. Great ambiance!!!!!!!
Service was great (as you'd expect at a Ruth's) Josh & team were very polite and a little formal but not intrusive. The ambiance of the dining room is nice and somewhat cozy, depending where you are seated. It was fairly quiet for a Friday night with plenty of open seating. We opted for the Classic menus which in my opinion is always a great value and more than enough food. We do upgrade the sides which I would suggest so you don't miss out on the best sweet potato casserole ever. The corn was spicier than our usual DC Ruth's, but still good (leftovers of this particular side pairs amazingly with eggs). Steaks came out perfectly cooked, just remember to remove it from the hot plate quickly as it continues to cook given the heat (or order slightly under what you prefer). I was a little slow doing that so mine turned a bit medium, but was still tasty. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for future steak cravings.
RC is consistently good on all fronts.
Everything was amazing. The food, the service, I loved It.
Great food and great service.
Great meal!!! Had a great time server and manager were great. Ribeye was prepared as requested.
What can I say. The three of us had an absolute blast. Food was delicious. Steaks cook perfectly. Our server was Darryl . What an absolute blast! He made the whole evening. Cant wait to return. Will only return if Darryl is available!
This was our second visit to this facility. It is one of the best Ruth's we have been to. It ranks second in the multiple Ruth's we have attended. Did not disappoint.
Steak was good but the ambiance in the room disappointing.
I was disappointed by our table for 7 people in the dark side of the restaurant. Only the small tables are located by the windows. Restaurant doesn't have a nice view on the harbor as I would have hoped. I should have looked better at the pictures which are mainly of food.
We had an amazing evening at the Baltimore inner Harbor Ruth Chris. Courtney was our server and did an outstanding job. She was thoughtful, proactive and quick! Thank you Courtney for making my birthday very special. The Smith
The steak is always good there. Our waitress, Courtney, did a superb job of looking after our table of 8.
We did notice that, unlike their other locations, there was no review card in with the check. Another difference was that our table was not visited by a manager. Little things...slippery slope.
It was our 16th wedding anniversary and they really took care of us.
The décor was pretty and elegant. Our server, Jessica, made us feel welcome and she chatted with us and made recommendations. We appreciated the rose petals on the table and the bonus dessert as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. The only problem was that a steak that was ordered medium-well but it came out pretty much well done and crusty on the outside. Both steaks were, however, delicious!!
