   Our server (Matt) had two 4 top tables and my husband and we were at a 2 top. We drank water and only got a refill at the end of the meal as we got our check and that was after we ask. We had to ask for it earlier in the meal but never received it. Our glasses had sat empty for about 15 minutes. Our server was too busy with the other tables. Then we tried to pay with our $100 celebratory dinner credit and was told we couldn’t. Even though every other Caesars does allow it and I added it to the notes on our reservation. Also, even though we mentioned we were there for our Anniversary & birthday, there was nothing said. It might have been lunch but it was what we had time for. So, in the end, we had a $160 lunch, where the service would have been better at any restaurant. When you charge those prices, an acknowledgment of a special occasion, reading notes added to a reservation, excellent service and drink refills are expected.

   My husband and I split a wedge salad (with blue cheese dressing), t bone and creamed spinach. I had a Dirty Goose Martini. Joe, our server, was outstanding. The only glitch was our steak and spinach came to the table before I was finished my salad. Otherwise a perfect steak dinner.

   Definitely not what I expected of a 250$+ meal. Forgot the appetizer, no refill on drinks, and didn't include the dessert with the Ruth's classic... very disappointing. Poor service overall, we won't visit this location again when in NOLA.
