    Amazing steakhouse. The food and service were so good. I got the 19 oz NY bone in and it was a dream! They served 11 of us and it was easy for our server. 10/10

    We were sat in a booth next to the bar area which was a little noisy and seemed to be a high traffic location. We were not too happy about that location as the restaurant was not very crowded at the time. But we didn’t want to make a big issue about it so we carried on with the night. On the bright side of dinner our server Langston was excellent. He was very attentive throughout the night and aloud us time to order drinks and look over the menu. He didn’t rush us to order which I notice a lot of restaurants tend to do nowadays. I ordered the lamb chops which were cooked perfectly and had excellent seasoning. My wife ordered the Ribeye and stated her steak was cooked perfectly. Our sides were the lobster mac and asparagus. The mac was next level and had great flavor. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves as we were in town celebrating our anniversary.

    We've been here multiple times and the service was lacking this time. It took us an hr to get our food and initially we didn't have a waiter until someone came up and said I'll take care of y'all. My wife and I asked for drinks multiple times and that took a while to get to us. The waiter we had was very nice and did the best she can do.

    Do not expect to be seated any earlier than your reservation time, in fact, you will be lucky to be seated at your reservation time. I don’t know if our waiter/waitress was over booked but nothing we ordered (including drinks) made it to the the table at a reasonable time. It took an hour to get our food after ordering. They were out of the mushrooms as a side and did not tell us until they brought out the entrees so we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the new side after the entree had already arrived. We ordered dessert and the cheesecake couldn’t even be sliced through with a spoon, like still frozen. We sat next to a couple so close, we shared the same booth seat. I could hear everything the man next to me was saying and NOTHING my husband was saying across the table because it was extremely loud with absolutely no secluded seating. We ordered our food before them and they were finished with their 3 course meal before we received our entrees. Our bill was over $200. It took over 2 hours to complete the meal and the food and service was subpar. Our waitress, D.C., acted like she didn’t even want to take our order for drinks or deserts. When we received the bill she didn’t tell us have a good night, thank you, hope you enjoyed, nothing. Just laid the $200 bill down after terrible service and terrible food. We will not revisit this place. Take you $200 to Bon Ton Prime Rib. Everything about that steakhouse is superb!!!!

    Usually we come here and have Jimmy as our server who is phenomenal. He makes it more about the experience than the food. Unfortunately he wasn’t there and we were stuck with Cecilia. We brought our own red wine. Which we had to remind her we brought a bottle. Our red was chilled for whatever reason. And then after the first glass we poured our own wine. We were out of water for what seemed like an eternity. She disappeared for extended periods of time. Our 63$ 11 oz filet was ordered medium but because it probably sat in the kitchen for so long the plate wasn’t even sizzling it was definitely medium well. If not all the way well done. I finished the entire steak before she even came by to check if everything was okay. We ate our sides with no sides plate. We had garlic mashed potato’s and the creamed spinach. Which we had to eat off of our burnt butter filled steak plate. I didn’t inform about the steak being over cooked because at this point we were happy with just paying and getting out of this experience as fast as possible. When coming to the city for Ruth’s, we are paying for the experience and the food is just a bonus. It wasn’t like they were busy or close to close. It was a 630 reservation. And wasn’t a packed house at all.
