    Service was very slow to the point of being not acceptable at this price point. Steak obviously sat in kitchen for some time before being brought to table. Nothing that even closely resembled a Ruth’s Chris sizzle.

    Service was off. We waited 15 minutes from the time we placed our drink order until they were delivered. The second drink order was placed when the food arrived. We had to catch a hostess to get the drink which clearly sat made and waiting for delivery. The drink was delivered after the food was enjoyed. There were 3 parties; 2 in one and 1 and 1 but the check was split in thirds. Definitely not the best experience.

    The ambience was beautiful. The music selection was everything especially while you have dim lighting great food and drinks. The drinks and food were outstanding! The customer service was top tier from our host to the waitress and the manager. We were visiting from Memphis, TN and I must say we will definitely come back and visit!

    Overall, the experience was good. I had a reservation for my anniversary. It took a while to be seated and I noticed several people came in afterwards and were quickly seated. The server was okay. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was nothing extra. Although the server was not inattentive, he wasn’t very attentive. Because of who I am, I still tipped 25%. I have had better overall experiences at Mr. John’s , The Chop House, Fleming, and Desi Vegas. With the exception of the food, I was a bit disappointed.

    Our food was amazing! Best steak I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant! Mashed potatoes, baked potato, must try the strawberry lemon drop and the cheesecake!! It was all great along with our Waiter!

    We were celebrating our upcoming wedding, so we wanted a nice romantic dinner. However, this location is extremely noisy! There were 2 large tables of 10-12 people at and they both got very loud and rambunctious. I get it they want to have a good time, but there were lots of other dinners in the restaurant as well. The atmosphere lends it's more to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant than a 4 star restaurant. The veterans location is a better choice for adult dinning. The food, service and ambiance is great!
