   Our reservation was at 1:15pm. So we were there at 1pm. Did not get seated til after 1:30pm Mother’s Day Brunch is done at 2pm. at which time lot of the food items were done or very little left. Asked for the smoke salmon but they said it was done. No refill. Ambience and the food items that was left was good. Service by Terry was excellent. But it was a disappointing experience on such a special day. For the cost we didn’t get our money’s worth.

   I’m truly sorry your Mother’s Day experience didn’t meet expectations, especially with the delay in seating and limited food availability near the end of service. Unfortunately the group seated before you included several young children and the space took longer than anticipated to clear and clean. That timing impacted your experience, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We should have communicated more proactively. We appreciate your patience and will be taking a closer look at how we manage timing and replenishment during high-volume events. I’m glad to hear Terry provided excellent service, and I hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother visit.    Came with my wife and kids to this fantastic restaurant. The food was awesome, the portion was perfect, the staff was amazing, and the place is breathtaking. Thank you for making my Wife's day amazing on Mother's Day

   It was my wife's birthday, and we had gone there to celebrate the occasion. They did an amazing job overall. The food was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the dessert was lovely too. The complimentary parking validation was a nice touch as well. They didn't get to sing for her, but it's okay.

   I brought my dad and son for dinner. Everything was exceptional. Cam walked us through the menu and helped us make perfect choices for appetizers, and entrees. The staff were all amazing, and the manager came by to check on us. Well done Ruth’s Chris!! We will be back

    Our first time here WOW GREAT RESTAURANT the attention to detail by staff. Special thanks to Scott taking the time to explain about the steaks . Advising us which one would suit our tastes ,what sides and wine to accompany the meal a wonderful evening.This undoubtably was the best steaks we have ever eaten , 10 Stars all round . Many thanks to all the staff especially the chef. Congratulations to the Patron , we will remember this evening for a long time. Thankyou for the birthday card it was a nice touch. We will return.
