We had steak and both were done to perfection. Melt in your mouth both.. medium rare and medium well.

I have visited Ruth’s Chris Steak House many times and have never been disappointed until now. Both the food and the service fell very short of their usual standards

You were seated with one of our newest team members, and although we sensed something felt a bit “off” during the check-in, didn't want to intrude. That was clearly a missed opportunity to turn things around in the moment on our part. Another fantastic dining experience at Ruth’s Chris…which has become the go-to for celebrating my parents’ anniversary. The entire staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are well looked after. We always enjoy the Prime Time special and have yet to be disappointed. Already looking forward to next year!

Our reservation was at 1:15pm. So we were there at 1pm. Did not get seated til after 1:30pm Mother’s Day Brunch is done at 2pm. at which time lot of the food items were done or very little left. Asked for the smoke salmon but they said it was done. No refill. Ambience and the food items that was left was good. Service by Terry was excellent. But it was a disappointing experience on such a special day. For the cost we didn’t get our money’s worth.

I’m truly sorry your Mother’s Day experience didn’t meet expectations, especially with the delay in seating and limited food availability near the end of service. Unfortunately the group seated before you included several young children and the space took longer than anticipated to clear and clean. That timing impacted your experience, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We should have communicated more proactively. We appreciate your patience and will be taking a closer look at how we manage timing and replenishment during high-volume events.
