For the price I expected more. I had the Sea Bass and it was marginal. I had side order of asparagus and au gratin potatoes . Both side orders were marginal. Asparagus was cold and under cooked. My date had a filet steak and I tried it. I have had better. We also had a good bottle of Chardonnay. I would say the wine was the highlight of the meal. Ambience nice and service exceptional, however it was not worth the $270.00 I paid for 2 people.

Great Steak Restaurant. We come here for Happy Hour at the bar and dinner on special occasions. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is very nice. The is very delicious even if it is a bit pricey.

We usually go to the one in NY where our other home is but let me tell you Bonita Springs his the top of my list. I highly recommend them the staff were extremely friendly food was excellent melted in your mouth. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail and my husband had the Rib eye with Lobster tail Both were out of this world

Even though we had a reservation and arrived on time, we had difficulty getting seated. Cannot understand why 5 parties were seated ahead of us as we stood there. Other than that the food is great and our waiter was attentive to our needs.

The hostess was unfriendly the moment we arrived , apparently people eating there can go in and eat in beach wear attire on a Saturday evening. I understand that Florida’s casual but for an upscale restaurant anything goes???? The Steaks were over cooked and the food was cold. The restaurant was so cold inside that you couldn’t enjoy the meal, everyone at my table just wanted to leave because it was so uncomfortable cold inside the restaurant. I asked about the restaurants temperature and the server said they have had A/C issues? Unfortunately it will be along time before I go back and eat at any Ruth Chris restaurants, there are many other steak restaurants in southwest Florida to return to and those restaurants will have a dress code standard. I am just so disappointed because I have been eating at Ruth Chris restaurants for 25 years from coast to coast and tonight was the end! Ruth Chris was a restaurant with high standards, quality food, and took they pride in their brand. They are now on the same level as Texas roadhouse.

The steaks are always fantastic and prepared properly each and every time. We were celebrating our anniversary and our table was surprisingly decorated with red rose pedals. Our server Keith can't be beat and is always requested whenever we attend the restaurant.

Sherry, our sever, and Peter the floor manager have been there 90% of the time upon our request. It makes our experience more a family celebration. No other place for us would do...

We had a perfect 5 star experience at a 2 top in the wine room! Quiet, excellent prepared steak, garlic mashed, creamed spinach and cremini mushrooms! Our bottle of Merlot was smooth and our waiter Kieth was fabulous and Peter the the GM was fun and great conversation! Overall a fabulous experience!

Quality of steaks (filet was very Chewey, grislily and Bone in NY was tough) and potatoes (tasted like instant!!!) well below the normal standard we have come to expect from Ruth's. Overall service excellent. This was my #1 location to celebrate our 35th anniversary, disappointing that Food did not add to the event. I am a big fan on Ruth Chris, when I lived in New Orleans frequented the Veterans Ave location. Monthly business luncheons and personal dinners. Always have relied on Ruth's to provide an outstanding quality of food and service.

We celebrated a birthday on Saturday at Ruth's Chris and everything was outstanding - the food, the service, the atmopshere. Steak was cooked to perfection and we loved the salad and the stuffed mushrooms! We liked the special dining menu for $59 which makes it more reasonable so we can come back more often. - Laurie

Overall good experience but table wasn’t ready so we went to the bar to have a cocktail. Nobody ever came to get us, service a bit lacking at the hostess station. Waiter was excellent. He brought us fresh bread but we didn’t have bread plates. When we asked for plates, he insisted in bringing us fresh, hot bread. Food was overall ok, not exceptional. It was our 23rd anniversary and the waiter brought a cheese cake dessert for us, very thoughtful. We will go back, but the coordination between bar & hostess needs work

We celebrated our 54th anniversary at Ruth's Chris for lunch on Saturday. We save Ruth's Chris for special occasions because my husband hates to spend a lot of money on food! I believe it is worth every penny! The Prix Fixe lunch was a great way to sample different sides. We had excellent service and our meal was delightful and consistent with what I expect from your restaurant. We were treated to a special dessert because of our celebration. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! The main reason I love Ruth's Chris is because you always treat customers like you would guests in your home! Thank you for a memorable anniversary meal.
