   Went to Happy Hour for a drink and App. I had the Raspberry Cosmo it was delicious along with the spicy shrimp. It was excellent. We had reservations in the dining room. We had the Pri Fix option, It comes with an App main and one side with dessert (chefs choice) I had the Cesar salad it was the best I have ever had. The sirloin perfectly flavored and cooked. The side was scrumptious and the cheese cake terrific. Over all we will definitely be back

   We ordered the filet mignon on the bone. The steak itself was a disappointment. Our waiter was seen to take the order and submit the bill. The bread was served 30 minutes after the fact. I took my sister here for her birthday. Definitely disappointed.

   We have been to Ruth Chris Several times as always the food was excellent, the service and staff were excellent,the atmosphere was excellent.If you have never been to Ruth’s Chris Steak House try it out you won’t be sorry.

   We had a group of nine. I asked for separate checks (when we got there) with one server and he said no problem. Our other server seemed annoyed when we asked him that after we ate. He said it’ll take awhile. When he brought them, he put them ALL in a pile on a corner of our table and walked away. He was very dismissive. I talked to the manager and he said he’d take care of it. I have never been to a restaurant of any caliber that we weren’t individually handed our checks It’s too bad because the food was great and our one server was very nice Not sure I’ll go back. Great food….service poor.

   My family and I went there to celebrate my son’s graduation from high school. 11 of us total. Everyone’s food was excellent! Our steaks were cooked to perfection! Mac n cheese lobster was delicious! And our 2 servers were wonderful! We will definitely go back!

    So sad to report that this location has trouble cooking a filet medium -- one may get either raw or well done. I look to Ruth's Chris for steak expertise and I'm willing to pay the cost. Short time ago, I went and ordered 11 oz filet. It was raw. Instead of doing the right thing -- starting over -- someone popped it into a skillet and turned it to shoe leather. I gave it another try last evening. Two not-medium filets later, I gave up. Pleasant waiter who "promised" he'd ensure the proper cook this time, nonetheless did not. No manager came to speak to us. Clearly, no one really cared about two older ladies and their pricey steaks. Have given many people gift certs to this location and now feel badly about that -- was it a gift? I wonder. Never had this happen at another Ruth's Chris.

    Know was Mother’s Day and place packed , but servers. And their help were very stretched.. had to ask if anyone could get us water after sitting for awhile, then wait staff came to get drinks order.. asked if we could get some bread please.. no bread… lobster bisque comes out ask again for possibly get some bread.. off they go, no the waiter comes with some bread as we’re eating soup , don’t ask me how we had to ASK for refills even with glasses by front so they could see they both were empty!!!.. we’re a frequent client and never been so disappointed.. the mater de was exceptional as always.. $180 and let with WTF we did not get your quality service we’re accustomed to..

    Ordered a porterhouse for 2, which is our go to item. For the first time the NY Strip was grizzly and very tuff. The baked potatoes was underdone and the steak came to the table cold.

    We scheduled reservation late and only were able to be seated in bar area. Upon arrival we were escorted to a nice 4 top on the side in the bar area. Noise level was moderate with no problems. Our waiter Zach immediately greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. Upon ordering wine we were able to relax B4 ordering. All the menu selections are great and it was hard to choose final selections. We each selected the “Steak House” salad that was outstanding, followed up with filets cooked to perfection. The sides we included were mushrooms and asparagus. The combination made for a wonderful dinner. We compliment our waiter Zach for being prompt and courteous, giving us time to enjoy our dinner without interruption. We recommend this location very highly. Bill S & Suzanne S

    Our server (Erica) was professional and added to an enjoyable evening out. We weren’t wowed by the filet mignons but the creamed spinach and lobster bisque was very good.

    I receive emails from Ruth Chris almost every day. When I received an email regarding a $49 prix fix meal, I made a reservation for 4 people. The email I am referring to offered an appetizer (choice of 3), 6 oz. Filet Mignon with garlic mashed potatoes, a vegetable and desert. When we arrived at the restaurant, our waitress Ericka knew nothing about this prix fix offer. She called the manager over to our table and he said he would honor this special deal. I ordered my steak “medium” and it came medium rare so I had to send it back. No worries, it came back fine. My last two comments is that (1) we all felt our waitress was not that friendly and (2) I think the prices are a too expensive.

    Dinner was for my sister in laws birthday. Petite Filet and shrimp is what she ordered. Steak (filet) had a bit of gristle and two of her shrimp that came with the steak were mushy. She told the waitress. Waitress just said nothing. We used our AMEX gift cards. Very disappointed. Ruth Chris should have apologized or something. I hope the buy out does not reflect a lesser quality of food and customer service. Disappointed. I usually go to Ruth Chris in Nashville so I thought Bonita Springs Florida would have the same quality of food and customer service but I was mistaken. New Orleans Ruth Chris and Nashville TN Ruth Chris have much better food and service than Bonita Springs, Florida. You would think the shrimp would have been excellent in Florida.

    We have eaten here several times and an untold amount nationwide, including Texas, Nevada and California. Always been our go-to for dinner when we need a good meal without too much fuss. Last night was pretty bad. The service was good, but quite detached given the issues we had. We both ordered the filet and lobster. We were very clear to the waiter, pink inside, not red. Both came out purple inside. I actually put my finger on the cut portion and it was cool to the touch. Both lobsters were quite overcooked and mostly flavorless until I put butter and salt on them. We sent the steaks back, no problem. When they came back they were well done. I decided to eat mine, and my wife asked for a different one. They brought a new one, and it was rare to the point that the consistency was jello like. She just ate the lobster. We ate here two weeks ago, same meal- outstanding flavor. Maybe just an off night. It wasn’t crowded. On a side note, the front staff in the hostess area were great and have been every time.

    Just not the best Ruth’s Chris experience. I’ve had better. To be fair, we were on the patio outside but that shouldn’t change the service that you anticipate from Ruths Chris. Food quality at this location was definitely not like every other Ruth’s Chris I’ve ever been to. Would probably recommend you eat inside, maybe that would change the experience.

    We were there to celebrate our 28th wedding Anniversary. Any staff member greeted us with Happy Anniversary! They had candles on the table and rose petals scattered on the table. They made us feel welcome and special. The filets we had melted in your mouth! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back!
